Access credentials (client_id and client_secret) have to be configured in order to start using our APIs.

You need to provide an email address and mobile phone number, so that we can share the secrets securely with two‑factor authentication.

Our APIs are available in two separate isolated environments: Acceptance and Production.

The Production environment is where the live traffic is served to the intended users.
The Acceptance environment (also known as QA or Staging) can be used for testing purposes.

Orders from Acceptance are not processed by Coolblue and all transactional communication (emails, SMS) is disabled.

The Business API is developed by Coolblue for our business partners to create tailored customer journeys.

The cafetariaplan API allows Coolblue's business partners to integrate their systems with Coolblue's for the purpose of providing employee benefits.

The Coolblue Closed Community Management API allows business customers to integrate their systems with Coolblue's Closed Community platform.
