If you still need help, contact the team at dev-business@coolblue.nl.
Include the following information where possible:
- Which API you are using (Business, Cafetariaplans, Communities).
- Environment (Acceptance or Production).
- Date and time of the issue, including timezone.
- HTTP method and URL that you called.
- HTTP status code and error response (if any).
- Any request IDs or correlation IDs from your logs.
